"Nature is our inspiration—and our packaging proves it. Discover the future of eco-friendly design, in collaboration with Ecovative Design."

As part of this concept, I imagined a collaboration between Christian Dior Parfum and Ecovative Design to create a sustainable, forward-thinking packaging solution for the iconic fragrance Sauvage—a solution that not only reduces environmental impact but also elevates the sensory experience of the product.
The bottle is crafted using Mushroom Packaging, a biodegradable material made from mycelium, developed by Ecovative. This natural and compostable alternative replaces traditional plastic, helping to significantly reduce waste and environmental pollution. The production of Mushroom Packaging also consumes less energy and emits far less CO2 compared to conventional plastic manufacturing.
The outer box is made from recycled paper and biodegradable bioplastic—choices that reduce the use of virgin raw materials and help minimize the carbon footprint of the packaging. Every element has been designed with sustainability in mind, without compromising on elegance or quality.
This imagined partnership between Dior and Ecovative illustrates how luxury can evolve toward more responsible practices. It’s a step forward in rethinking high-end packaging—where innovation and environmental consciousness meet.

This is a fictional project I developed as part of a scholar design exploration. I crafted the packaging entirely by hand using recycled materials, including egg cartons and leftover pieces of thick paper stock. To create the bottle structure, I reused an empty perfume bottle, giving it a second life at the heart of the concept.
The frosted glass effect was recreated using semi-rigid scraps of transparent paper, carefully layered to evoke the elegance of luxury glass without relying on plastic or industrial materials.
This hands-on process allowed me to experiment with texture, form, and material innovation while staying true to an eco-conscious vision of luxury design.
The presentation mock-ups were made using AI.
